By accessing or using KASE services, including our website and self-service printing machines, you agree to these Terms of Service.

  1. Services

KASE provides custom printed phone cases produced on demand based on customer-uploaded images, designs, text or other content.

Orders may be placed:

  • online,
  • through KASE self-service vending machine(s).
  1. Eligibility

By using the service, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.

  1. Customer Content and Intellectual Property

Customers are solely responsible for all uploaded content.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

  • you own the rights to the uploaded material or
  • you have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses and authorizations.

KASE does not verify ownership, licensing status or legality of uploaded content and acts solely as a technical printing provider.

Uploaded images, trademarks, logos, artwork and other content remain the property of their respective owners.

Customers assume full legal responsibility for uploaded materials and any resulting claims, damages or disputes.

  1. Prohibited Content

Customers may not upload or submit content that:

  • infringes copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights,
  • contains illegal, hateful, discriminatory, violent, threatening or defamatory material,
  • contains explicit sexual content,
  • violates applicable laws or regulations,
  • infringes privacy or publicity rights of third parties.

KASE reserves the right to reject, suspend, cancel or remove any order or content at its sole discretion.

  1. Product Appearance

Product previews are digital simulations only.

Printed products may differ slightly from on-screen previews due to:

  • screen calibration,
  • lighting conditions,
  • material texture,
  • printing technology,
  • color conversion processes.

Minor deviations in color, positioning, alignment or cropping do not constitute defects.

  1. Orders and Production

All products are produced on demand after successful payment confirmation.

Estimated production times:

  • 1-5 cases: up to 1 business day,
  • 6-15 cases: up to 2 business days,
  • 16-50 cases: up to 3 business days,
  • 50+ cases: up to 5 business days.

Production begins immediately after order confirmation.

Orders for personalized products generally cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.

  1. Vending Machine Purchases

For self-service vending machine purchases:

  • the order is considered completed upon successful printing and product collection,
  • customers are responsible for reviewing their selected design, phone model and positioning before payment.
  1. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payments for KASE vending machine orders are handled and processed by NAYAX, under their respective Terms of Use. Accepted payment methods for KASE vending machine orders include contactless payment methods, which are also available for online orders.

Accepted payment methods for online orders:

  • payment cards,
  • Apple Pay,
  • Google Pay,
  • PayPal,
  • bank transfer,
  • cash on delivery (where available).
  1. Shipping

Shipping fees:

  • Slovenia: €5
  • EU / EEA / Schengen countries: €10
  • International shipping: €15

Cash on delivery surcharge:

  • Slovenia: +€1
  • International: +€2

Estimated delivery times:

  • Slovenia: 1-3 business days
  • EU / EEA / Schengen: 3-7 business days
  • International: 5-15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, customs procedures, holidays or force majeure events.

KASE currently ships using Pošta Slovenije (MojPaket) services.

  1. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders outside the European Union, customers are responsible for:

  • customs duties,
  • import taxes,
  • local fees
  • and any related clearance charges.

These costs are separate from KASE product and shipping charges.

  1. Returns and Complaints

Returns, complaints and refunds are governed by the KASE Return Policy.

Because products are personalized and made to order, standard EU withdrawal rights may not apply after production has started.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • KASE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages,
  • KASE is not responsible for customer-uploaded content,
  • KASE is not liable for delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities, technical failures or events beyond reasonable control.

Total liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount paid for the affected order (excluding shipping costs).

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Slovenia.
