Processing Times

All KASE products are custom-printed on demand.

Estimated production times:

• 1-5 cases: up to 1 business day
• 6-15 cases: up to 2 business days
• 16-50 cases: up to 3 business days
• 50+ cases: up to 5 business days

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees:

• Slovenia: €5
• EU / EEA / Schengen countries: €10
• International shipping: €15

Cash on delivery surcharge:

• Slovenia: +€1
• International: +€2

Delivery Estimates

Estimated shipping times:

• Slovenia: 1-3 business days
• EU / EEA / Schengen: 3-7 business days
• International: 5-15 business days

Shipping Carrier

Orders are currently shipped via Pošta Slovenije / MojPaket services.

Customs and Import Charges

International orders outside the EU may be subject to:

• customs duties,
• import taxes,
• local handling fees.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

KASE is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

KASE is not responsible for delays caused by:

• customs processing,
• courier disruptions,
• force majeure,
• weather conditions
• or other events outside reasonable control.
