At KASE, each phone case is custom printed on demand based on your selected design, image and phone model. Because of that, the rules are slightly different from standard retail.
Returns
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges
Because each product is custom-made, direct exchanges are not available.
If your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under EU consumer protection rules, customers located in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
However, pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods.
As KASE products are custom printed and personalized on demand, orders are generally exempt from the standard EU withdrawal right once production has started.
This does not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrectly fulfilled orders.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
